Anthony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark and Magali Peysha are the visionaries behind Strategic Intervention Coaching, drawing inspiration from the profound insights of Victor Frankl and Milton Erickson’s groundbreaking contributions to human intervention. They coined the term “Strategic Intervention” which encapsulates their transformative and life-changing work. Strategic Intervention is known as “SI” Strategic Intervention is grounded in the belief that clients already possess the solutions they seek, emphasizing that increased well-being and happiness stem from taking informed actions in the present.

The multiple disciplines involved in SI include Ericksonian therapy, strategic family therapy, human needs psychology, organizational psychology, neurolinguistics, psychology of influence, strategic studies, diplomatic and negotiation traditions, game theory, and more.

The essence of Strategic Intervention thrives wherever individuals employ exceptional skills to instigate positive personal and cultural transformations. Remarkable figures like Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi exemplify masterful Strategic Interventionists who transcend religious, cultural, institutional, job-related, or political boundaries—a key attribute of effective Strategic Interventionists.

What sets SI apart from conventional strategic studies is the belief that holistic solutions seamlessly align when the needs of more people are met, expressed, and elevated. These solutions yield greater benefits with less effort.

The overarching aim of Strategic Intervention is to integrate the core insights from these diverse traditions into a practical method of strategic action. SI encompasses strategies ranging from individual belief systems and emotional patterns to interpersonal relationships, group dynamics, and interventions at organizational and cultural levels. A proficient SI coach adeptly navigates these varied arenas and foments long-lasting, positive change in his or her clients.

Psychotherapy and counseling typically operate within a medical paradigm, focusing on identifying dysfunctions, diagnosing issues, and prescribing treatments.

In contrast, SI Coaching centers on the present moment, guiding individuals on practical steps to advance toward their desired goals, improve relationships, and enhance overall life experiences.

It’s important to note that SI Coaching is not intended to substitute for psychotherapy; rather, it offers a distinct and pragmatic approach to assisting clients in making decisions and taking actions that align with their life goals and fulfillment.

Your SI Coach initiates the process by delving into your aspirations, top priorities, and significant relationships. Through a profound understanding of your world, the coach becomes a dedicated advocate for achieving the results, nurturing relationships, and crafting the life you envision.

This coaching system is highly tailored, providing a personalized experience where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Expect to receive a unique perspective and a set of strategies designed to enhance various aspects of your life.

Clients develop an enhanced ability to grasp the broader context of their lives, seeing and understanding life situations from a variety of helpful angles, they cultivate and strengthen important relationships, adopt daily practices that amplify joy, and break free from patterns of fear and resistance that hinder them from leading a fulfilling life.

How do I know how many coaching sessions I need?

Every coaching client has different needs and requires a unique, custom-tailored coaching plan, each with its own unique approach and milestones. There is no one size fits all approach in coaching.

At a high level, we recommend you start with at least our smallest coaching plan, which consists of three sessions. This will give you a good introduction to coaching, allow us to focus on your top priorities and determine a path forward to actively and powerfully take action and towards your goals.

Later, you can settle on a maintenance coaching plan that fits your budget and works with your schedule. Of course, if after a certain number of sessions, you feel you do not need coaching anymore, we applaud this! You can always come back when you need to see the coach!

Spectrum of human needs and life challenges. While many life coaching programs concentrate on specific outcomes such as goals, beliefs, or steps, Strategic Intervention (SI) distinguishes itself by tackling the diverse range of human potential and obstacles.

Strategic Interventionists are equipped to identify various obstacles hindering a client’s progress, including internal beliefs, communication patterns, relationships, and life stages. They then prescribe practical strategies tailored to yield results in each of these areas.

SI Coaches furnish clients with practical frameworks to comprehend their options and subsequently offer strategies and actionable steps to facilitate the desired changes. In contrast to some traditional life coaching approaches that emphasize clients discovering their own solutions, Strategic Intervention Coaches guide clients in taking concrete actions to transform their life experiences.

SI encompasses goal setting, communication skill development, relationship enhancement, high performance, meaning/purpose discovery, and employs creative modalities to help clients translate their aspirations into reality.

Through the Strategic Intervention process, clients gain insights into their needs, triggers, key relationships, and safe problem-solving mechanisms. They also expand their capacity for creative thinking, recognize potential in all aspects of life, deepen relationships, and overcome fears that have hindered their joy and progress.

No and here is why!

Common wisdom says that NOT getting coached is more expensive! When you look at what people spend on vacations, nice cars, new homes, and nice clothing over a lifetime, it adds up to an unbelievable amount of money! Yet none of this money spent on any of those things helps you get to where you want to be in life!

Coaching is NOT an expense; it is an INVESTMENT in YOU! If you change how you perceive getting coached, it can change you! Welcome coaching with gratitude and great pride that you are investing in realizing your dream life!

In every part of life, expand and deepen all their relationships, and overcome the fears which have limited their joy and progress.
